700-1000 I think. I am shooting for 700 and find I almost always go over a little bit. There is just so much darn sodium in everything!
700-1000 is right, but just know that I am not convinced on the sodium thing. If you have to have a cheat, I'd rather it was in the sodium department while keeping protein, fat, calories, and nutrients overall, low.
Atomic, you might find it interesting that in the Dutch study (I know, I talk about it all the time) the diet they followed conformed to the national dutch RDA which is only 40-50 g of protein for women per day and 20-30% calories from fat...

For those who don't know, this is identical to the amounts I had come up with independently for the LE Diet, so that is two separate sources who came up with matching info to follow for sway diets.
