I am doing the IG Girl diet and it states you can eat white rice, but doesn't mention brown. Is there a reason?

If I was swaying girl I would go white, I would use brown as I am swaying boy. Brown is more nutritious than white.
Same for bread, white for a girl and wholegrain for a boy :)
To echo what everyone already said, brown tends to have more nutrients than white.
In addition to that, wholegrains are digested more slowly so they do not cause the blood sugar to spike and then crash like white products do, and so wholegrains are better for blue, white refined carbs better for pink, with blood glucose too.
Wholegrain breads also tend to have more sodium, for blue swayers.
