Comments regarding DW's diet changes- .I skipped breakfast every day, I usually eat all day. I have given up on meat and fish, I have always eaten so much meat and salty food. lots of potatoes

Comments regarding DH's diet- My husband dropped on meat intake (about 2 times a week). 10 days before our attempt to give up coffee. when we caught our boys drinking so much coffee. He smoked 15-20 cigarettes a day

Any Diet Details? I added a vodka drinck over the last two weeks. I was drinking 1-2 coffee a day.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I did the French diet and diet together. I skipped breakfast every day, I did 3 meals a day. I stayed from 14 to 17 hours of fasting. I was 100% vegetarian. I've never had tricks. I was practically the same thing. White rice with a piece of butter, homemade pizza without salt and mozzarella, pasta, eggs 5-6 times a week, 3 glasses of skim milk, 1 yogurt a day. little fruit and vegetables only apples, cards and lettuce). potatoes 100 grams twice a week. I completely gave up sodium and all the cheeses, the only cheese I ate was mascarpone

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? before starting my diet I weighed 50 kg, when I was pregnant 46.5 kg. (I did yanya struggle to stop weight loss)
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I've been cardio (cyclists and treadmills) the last 5 weeks every day 1-1.15 now a day. Soni is very active with my kids. I have to bring my baby every day on foot 20 min.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I did the very strict diet, never had tricks. I did cardio exercise every day. I never practiced when I conceived my boys
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I had problems with weight loss, when I started doing cardio I continued to lose weight I had to increase my calories 2000 -2200 kcal per day. I was afraid to stop ovulation. I had to keep the protein 55-60 grams and fat 55-60 grams a day for the last 4 weeks. the last few weeks I was very sad and stressed.I was so nervous that I smoked 8-10 cigarettes a day, I know I should not. I never smoked before I conceived my boys
