Swaying Girl and Exercise issue?
I was planning to start trying this month... i do very! little exercise at the moment and only just realized exercise seems to be a big issue and either a do loads or none thing :/
So bearing in mind i am shamably very unfit cardio wise what should i do to sway pink exercise wise? carry on doing none? i genuinely dont think i could do more then 10minutes active dancing cardio before being tiered! walking wise id struggle after 30 minutes (trying to be as honest as i can)
i ideally wanted to do some tummy toning, but i dont think this is advisable? and im guessing not advisable to do waist twists etc?? thank you
