Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Followed LE, vegetarian, fiber with meals, lots of coffee and alcohol, 1-2 diet Cokes/day. Switched to nut milk. Was nervous because had quite a few “cheats” (high calorie high nutrient meals) in the two weeks prior to conception.

Comments regarding DH's diet- Normally drinks beer nearly everyday
Did you consume alcohol? Often- daily, usually vodka, other times beer, rarely red wine
Did you try to limit caffeine? No, at least 3 cups of coffee in the mornings, Diet Coke in the afternoon
Any Diet Details? Ate meat about once a week, low dairy, switched to cashew and almond milk

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 21, started swaying with BMI 23
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Lost weight just from diet, about 12 lbs. No exercise, although many days would walk pushing a stroller a few blocks to go to parks with the kids

Did you Jump and Dump? Laid flat for 5 mins then jump and dump
DW Supplements: Fiber with most meals, cinnamon, folic acid
DH Supplements: None. He initially took Cranberry but only for 2 weeks on the beginning
Did you do anything with Ions? Amethyst and black tourmaline at bedside and frequently carried around
Moon Phase during conception? New moon, exactly at the new moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Girls outfit under bed
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Was really good about my diet for almost 4 months
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Had a lot of cheats in the 2 weeks before conception
Things worth mentioning: I had never swayed before and this will be our last baby. I had the Mirena for about 1.5 years prior. Got a UTI and pyelonephritis right before removal and was on antibiotics. Never got a +OPK the first cycle after IUD removed. Second cycle, BD at +OPK then got another UTI and was on a stronger course of antibiotics. Third cycle was BDing about 4 days, BD two days before and one day after +OPK, but had 5 days in a row of +OPKs, so did have another BD on that fifth day. Got my BFP 10 days after first +OPK.
