Concerned about ovulation

I have been at this since June and feeling defeated.My periods have been pretty regular for the most part between 28-31 days with a couple short ones but mostly normal.My fertility monitor and opk usually show a peak/surge but I’m starting to wonder if it’s a false surge.we did smep last month and I’m trying to figure out what to maybe add in.Something to help with lack of ewcm,vitex,Nac,ubiquinol,femara,clomid? Also my husband loves his Bud light and drinks that daily and I’m not sure if that’s hurting things.Im vegetarian for the most part but will throw in salmon once or twice a week.I have even added more calories in.

If your cycle is regular and you're getting a surge at the right time (usually) the odds are sky high that you're ovulating. Above 95%.

Can you get Femara or Clomid?? They will help both your sway and your chances of conception.

Ubiquinol is fine if you want to add it in. I'd stay away from Vitex and NAC.

Are you guys doing anything like shallow release or J and D??

I have to go to CNY Fertility or order online if I went with clomid or femera so I haven’t thought to much about that but it’s a option.We definitely haven’t been doing j&d or shallow.Whats your opinion at this point about using something to help cm?

No ewcm...even if I try to reach up there a little ways.

Ok. Let's try guaifenesin starting after AF ends and going through 3 days past ovulation. Get the kind that is JUST guaifenesin without any other ingredients in it.
