Which plan should I purchase?

I can't decide on which plan to purchase. I am also unsure about whether I correctly understood the steps involved (Do I need to purchase a membership and a plan?) So I would like to ask for your advice.

My husband and I hope that the third pregnancy would be a boy, and that it would be the last one. So we really would like to purchase the plan that ups our chances the most. What would you recommend?

Just quick information about me so it may help you recommend for me the best plan? I am 27 years old, have two daughters (3.5 years old, and 2 months old). We would like to start ttc a boy when my baby daughter is around 6 months. I am breastfeeding now in the mornings, and formula feeding at night, but when I go on the blue swaying plan I will only formula feed all day and follow the "pump and dump" method so I can maintain my breastmilk supply, so I may continue breastfeeding after I get pregnant (fingers crossed). I don't eat red meat, rarely eat chicken, but I eat all kinds of fish.

Why would you do pump and dump?? I don't understand why you'd do that?

What you want is the customized plan. I personalize that for you and then it comes with coaching where I help you every step of the way! You don't need the membership, some people want it because there are recipes and some other information in the Dream Members forum, but you don't have to get that.

Thank you for your reply, and I apologize if I was not clear in my post. The "pump and dump" part was because I thought that there are supplements I will be required to take that can be unsuitable for the breastmilk. But at the same time I did not want to wean my baby. So that's why I thought that I would stop breastfeeding the baby just for the period of my sway, so I can take my sway supplements as needed, then I can continue breastfeeding her after I am done with the course. And therefore, pump and dump to maintain my breastmilk supply until I am ready to breastfeed her again.

But now from your reply, I understand that I can be on a blue sway plan while breastfeeding, without lowering my success chances. Is that right?

No, we don't use any supplements for boys on this site that are incompatible with breastfeeding. Plus, when you get a personalized plan, I change the plan based on whether or not you're breastfeeding anyway so I am always very careful to leave any questionable supplements out.

you ABSOLUTELY can be on a blue sway plan while breastfeeding! We do that all the time! I got my 4th boy while I was breastfeeding! :)

Another thing if I may ask, do I have to wait until my period becomes regular at my body's own pace? Or is there something that I can take that will help regulate my period while breastfeeding?

No need to wait, the blue sway diet will help your period come back faster since it's so nutrient dense! It's also great for breastfeeding and making a lot of good quality milk. :)
