Need help accessing questionnaire

I purchased a personalized plan earlier today and was trying to find the questionnaire but couldn’t. Does it come to my inbox or somewhere else?

I realized I forgot to add into the questionnaire that I wanted to add in intense cardio as part of my sway. I didn’t exercise at all with my boys and wanted to make sure I did that this time.

I bring that up here because I wasn’t sure where else I could get that info to you if you needed that information soon before the sway plan was made?

I always recommend the cardio! Among the best sway tactics!

If you have any q's in the meantime just reply to your questionnaire. That thread will become your custom coaching forum and I always check those posts daily, whereas with posts here in the free forums it sometimes takes me an extra day or two to get through everyone's question and I can't sort by who is a custom swayer and who isn't. :)
