New thread, hope and beginnings
Hello all. Thought I will start a new thread to document my TTC journey. I joined this forum since Aug 2018 and got my BFP in Oct but unfortunately miscarried. Decided to take a two-month break and start TTC again in Jan 2019.
Background
I have a 4 year old daughter and had two miscarriages last year and this Oct.
Currently taking :-
Multivitamins
Probiotics
Fish oil(every alternate day)
Husband is taking Multivitamins, probiotics and fish oil
I run every alternate day and do some yoga at night just to keep my sanity. And hb occasionally works out as well. We don't really drink alcohol or take coffee.
Lastly, I would like to personally thank Atomic for all the tips and guidance she has provided so far ! Hope 2019 will be a better year for all of us TTC ladies out there!
