vitamins and what they do for ttc

basically can someone please help me with what exactly these vitamins do for ttc and if worth taking?

Vit C 100mg
Vit D
Vit E
Zinc

& are there any you shouldnt take together?

I would rather just see you on a good all purpose vitamin with about 100% of all these things in there (you can take up to 1000 IU of Vit. D, about 250%)

I am of the opinion that vitamins do very little for TTC as long as you're eating a fairly normal diet (even if dieting). People make an assumption that if you're not getting pregnant, the solution has to be vitamins but really vitamins or lack thereof really don't prevent pregnancy unless someone was severely malnourished. Totally fine to take them, but I do still hope you get some things checked out, you guys have been at this long enough. :)
