I’m starting my LE diet tomorrow and hoping to start ttc in May!
Looking for some sway buddies for motivation and support!
Starting with small changed tomorrow by dropping my morning protein bar - and trying to not to eat unil at least 11:30 am.
Going to stop eating red meat this week - drink Diet Coke - add coffee into my diet & glass of rose wine in evening.
Anyone else starting le diet or planning to ttc in May?
