Also the Kirkland brand salted cashews has peanut oil in them- is that ok to eat when swaying blue ?

Yes they are fine as a part of an overall HE Diet!

I have been using nuts as a cornerstone of the HE Diet for years and we get good results with them. Just be sure you are ALSO eating animal-based fats such as butter or eggs at the same time. EAting more vegetable fat (like the kind in nuts) than animal fat may sway pink. Eating more animal fat, and then having SOME vegetable fat (particularly healthy fat like that in nuts) will help your blue sway a lot!
