Did i mess it all up?
Last weekend we went away with the family for 2 days. Which included going to restaurants/ high teas, snacking ect. So i messed up my diet pretty bad and im not sure what to do now. We wanted to have our first attempt half May(been on diet for 5 weeks so far).. but now im thinking maybe wait till June?
Anybody got any advice?

There's no need to postpone for that. It's fine! Just regroup and try in May like you planned.

There's no need to feel guilty. I took the occasional need for a cheat in consideration when I made the LE Diet to start with! All taken into account. :)
