Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I skipped breakfast daily. Had 3 meals a day, no snacks which was totally different for me as i'm a grazer.
I stuck within the LE diets limits.
ate few vegetables, next to no fruit, I was already vegetarian. I drank 2 cans of diet drinks per day. Drank red wine often and changed tea for coffee ( hate coffee) cut out onions, garlic and very little dairy. ate lots of bread and rice.

Comments regarding DH's diet- DH mainly became vegetarian, odd cheats. He took OLE and used soy milk instead of cows milk.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? started at 127lbs BMI 22.9
attempt was 117lbs BMI 19.3
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Lost weight and my BMI went down.
I did intensive cardio work outs for 30 minutes every morning before eating.

Any additional comments? we DTD on a positive OPK and then we were going to do every 4 days but only ended up doing one more attempt about 5 days after.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I felt that I wasn't doing the same things that I was doing with my other two sons. I always had breakfast straight away, always snacked, always drank tea no coffee, never drank diet drinks before. I stayed within limits and was consistent.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I didn't reduce salt and still had tomatoes. I drank red wine instead of white.
I only could manage 30mins exercise a day. I had researched it and as long as I was doing it on an empty stomach it would mean cardio would burn fat stores straight away. I felt that just walking everyday i wouldn't have broken a sweat. It was still advised to do 1hr if I could but I couldn't manage it.
I already have two boys and felt nervous that i'm just a boy mum.
