advice for custom plan organization

Hi ladies!

finally my period came back, and finally I understood when TTC will be right for my family: May 2020. Does it seem far away? in fact it is ... I will already be 37 years old, but at least my DS2 will be bigger. The decision for TTC starting in May 2020 is that for my work it is the best thing.

I'll TTC a girl next year, in 11 months, certainly not before.

Do I still have to follow a vegetarian diet for all these months (one year)?
How long should I stay in the LED before the attempt? 12 weeks is enough? What is ideal?

What will be the best time to buy the customized plan? Now or some month before the attempt?

No that doesn't seem too far away - I think you should do what is best for your family! 37 is not too old!!

No you don't have to stay vegetarian all that time. Only 12 weeks before you start TTC. Anything 12 weeks or more has gotten good results.

Whenever you feel it is best to get your plan. Some people like to buy the plan a long time in advance, and have all their questions answered and everything figured out in advance. Others buy it closer to when they plan to TTC. My only advice is not to leave it till the last minute, but beyond that do what works best for you!
