We get best results with:
LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, and dropping fortified foods/multivitamins/probiotics
Cardio exercise 60 min a day 6-7 days a week (or if you can't do that much 4-5)
One attempt (to start with)
Clomid or Femara if you can get them
That's it. Nothing else has worked and all the other stuff cuts odds of conception considerably.
For DH, jogging/biking and smoking have been shown to sway in studies. OLE, soymilk, fiber may possibly help but are unproven.
