That's not a good nub shot. The thing you've circled is not the nub, I think it's the thigh bone.
The thing that is close to where your circle closes up at the top of the circle may be nub but there's not enough for me to guess on and I"m not sure it IS nub.
It is a very "busy" picture which can sometimes mean boy, but I am really really not too sure we've got the nub on this pic.
