Hello! I am Fallon and have one son named Ellis. I had to really pull my husband’s ear to try for baby number 2, so I am really praying for a girl. I just finished reading the Baby Dust Method book and am looking to get more help with diet and supplements because this will be my last shot. Please send me all of the advice that you can!

The Babydust Method is pretty sketchy and you can read why that is here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...tml#post969387 It's fine if you want to try it, but if you go more than a couple months and don't get pregnant I strongly, strongly suggest considering changing it up with timing and NEVER having more than one attempt in the fertile window.
The things that really work for swaying gender are LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol (and dropping prenatals, fortified foods, probiotics); cardio exercise 60 minutes a day 4+ days a week; one attempt; and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. For your husband, smoking and jogging/biking have been shown in studies to sway gender, olive leaf extract and soy milk may also help. That's IT. Nothing else really seemed to work, we got the same numbers of boys and girls with all the other tactics. So I would focus on doing those things.
Do you have specific questions?? It's easiest for me to reply to specific questions since I never know what exactly you guys know and what you don't! That way I can focus on telling you about methods you aren't already well versed in!

Oh sorry I missed this yesterday!! Whether or not to do timing is at your discretion. It doesn't work, has been scientifically debunked as thoroughly as it's possible for something to BE debunked (we know the mistake the original researcher made, we know their assumptions were all wrong and why, and we have lots of studies using modern technology that disprove timing) and most of us on here have 2-3-4 or more timing opposites. FGD is the French Gender Diet and the "5" means that in 10 years only 5 people have done it. The 5 is simply the number of people who said they did French Gender Diet. Now, all five of those people got girls, but a sample size of 5 is not reliable, and I have seen huge numbers of people on other sites do FGD and still get boys. Also, those 5 people were all in the first year of the site and no one has done it since that time.
CFR is "compressed frequent release". It means having your husband release on his own or with you, with a condom, 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days before having one attempt (which should be the second batch of that day). It is currently sitting at 72% right now (with only 25 people in the sample size) and our overall success rates of the site are 70% with 574 people replying. This is practically identical. None of our other frequency patterns have worked, and I believe the CFR results are based not on CFR working, but on one attempt working (one attempt has been in the 70-75% range over the course of time.) CFR has always been done with only one attempt. So I don't recommend trying for CFR and the reason is because it almost certainly does nothing to help a sway, and it cuts odds of conception HUGELY. Many people who tried to do CFR could not get pregnant doing it, many others even missed months because their husbands couldn't perform, and it also tended to boost that control freakishness that may sway blue anyway. I just don't think it is worth the trouble it causes and I would suggest focusing on the things that work - diet, exercise, one attempt.
