We have no idea but I do prefer you guys do exercise and diet. We have not found weight loss alone to be a super strong sway tactic - obviously I do think it helps, but I do not want anyone to rely on having lost weight alone for their sway. We have too many opposites in people losing weight and not swaying in the other ways (for example losing weight on keto while doing weightlifting) for me to focus on weight loss vs. the other elements of swaying
