Please help me! Boy sway

Hey ladies. I posted last week that my husband was unwell. So it turns out he has a chest infection and now is on antibiotics. So we have to skip this month ttc and ttc in January. Is that enough time 5/6 weeks? x

So I read somewhere that probiotics are good for a boy sway. Should he take them while on the antibiotics? Should I be taking probiotics? Is it vital on the blue sway? If so which kind is best?

Do the below probiotics look ok to take on a boy sway??

Yes absolutely you both should be on probiotics, especially hubby while he's on antibiotics (anyone who is on antibiotics should take probiotics during and afterwards)

Fish oil 500 mg a day (if you can only find 1000 mg take it every other day) for both you and DH is recommended.

oh and either of those probiotics is good.

Thank you Atomic. That really clears things up. Is 10 / 20 billion live cultures for probiotics good? Not too much? Is the strength of the probiotics important?what strength is recommended?

Also is a month enough time for the antibiotics to clear out of his system? Hoping to try next month?

There is no too much as long as it doestn' upset your stomach.

Oh yes a month is plenty!! No worries there. Be sure he's doing regular release to make sure he's making a good level of healthy sperm.

Hey Atomic. Just a quick question. Is 3 weeks after a ten day antibiotics course ok to ttc? Or shall I stick to ttc in six weeks time?? Thank you!! Xx

I would personally go for it, but this is honestly one of those crystal ball questions I can't know for sure. Follow your heart!
