Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I went to a pescetarian diet in January, so 9 months before attempts started, then dropped to vegetarian 4 months out, but after losing too much weight I added back in a bit of fish here and there. During the 2ww I also cheated with a meal of a little bit of chicken.
I started out keeping track of calories and protein and fat but I got so skinny that I ended up just sticking to my three meals a day with no snacking and eating until I felt full enough at those three meals. I also added in coffee (3 a day) and alcohol (once a day) which was totally new for me.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 4 months of LE diet before first attempt, but close to 7 months before bfp.

Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- Initially he didn’t change his diet but went vegetarian for the last 2-3 months, only eating a bit of fish if I included it our dinner every so often.
He was probably drinking too much at the time, 4-5 drinks a night some weeks.
He included soy milk most days for 10 months and OLE for about 6 months.
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I took up coffee drinking from never having the stuff, to having 3 cups a day. I enjoyed that extra energy, I have to say! And I never liked alcohol but added in 1 drink a day.
I started out good with the LE diet but after I got down to 48kg I decided to just stick to three meals a day, no snacking (which was so hard to start with!), and not count my calories and fat etc.
I binged on chocolate a bit too much at my dinner meal sometimes, I’m talking sometimes a whole block!!! because I was just so gosh darn hungry. And still, I continued to drop weight until I was nearly 46kg. I’m thankful I got pregnant when I did because I just couldn’t keep losing weight on a diet any more.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I cut out foods I would normally eat - oats, onions, garlic, cereal, celery. I drank almond milk and rice milk instead of cow milk. And cut back on eggs and nutrient-dense foods like spinach.
I found it hard on the diet to start with, especially no snacking, but got used to it. I tried to push breakfast out to 9.30-10am each day (we had dinner at 5pm each night, so it was about a 17-hour fast). I see a lot of ladies go until midday before eating though, so I feel nervous about that.
I got used to eating less but I looked terrible for it! Too skinny.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 47kg/BMI 17.26 - eek!
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I did 50-60 minutes of walking 6 days a week. Sometimes it was 4 or 5 days but mostly it was 6 days.

Any additional comments? DH had been doing frequent release, I think for just over a week. Hubby had a hot bath before the attempt, and I had a shower. We used a bit of Sylk as lube. I jumped and dumped after 5 minutes.
I was on clomid and we dtd as my husband was going away. However, two days later my dr cancelled the cycle because there were 3 follicles... it was a nervous few weeks after the bfp to see how many were in there! But just the one.

Did you do anything with Ions? No. Although I had a bracelet with rose quartz on it I wore sometimes. And where I walked was beside running water.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? No.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I lost a lot of weight - about 6kg - which was heaps off my already small frame. (I did not like it.)

I was pretty good with my exercise most days. Very different for me!! I normally do zero exercise.
I stuck to no snacking and three meals. I pushed out breakfast as far as I could. All big changes from my usual lifestyle.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: That I ended up not keeping track of my intake. Those chocolate binges!
That I couldn’t push my first meal out to lunchtime, like I see many swayers do.
That I’ve had a boy on clomid before (but was not swaying.)
That I had far too much CM, inexplicably.
That I just ‘feel’ this is another boy.
Things worth mentioning: I made a lot of big changes and feel I did as best I could in many ways. If I hadn’t lost too much weight I could’ve stuck to the limits of the diet better.
