Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I am usually a huge meat eater. I made a attempt to cut down especially on read meat, but still had it 3-4 weekly. Increased vege intake and only ate Brown rice and bread. Limited sugar.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

6 months of LE diet before first attempt, but slacked off month of BFP.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Had breakfast at 8am after 14 + hour fast

Did DH change his diet with you?

Not really

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Hubby eats a lots of fruit, veg and nuts. He started drinking coffe recently, never having drank it before.

DId you consume alcohol?

No

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I didn't limit coffee as I usually would when TTC, also cut out snacking and only had 3 meals. Also had 14-16 fast. Wasn't as good with diet the month of BFP but still better then i usually eat.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

93KG. Lowest I have been when I conceived.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I did 60mins on stationery bike 4-6 Days a weeks. Was very good with this for 4mths and then got a bit slack after my tubal reversal 2 months prior to BFP.

DH was releasing every 1-2 Days. Hubby had a hot shower before the attempt. I jumped and dumped after 5 minutes. Hubby also started to wear tight boxes 6mths prior, he had always gone commando before. He also was riding a bicycle and playing touch football on and off for the previous 6mths.


I had a tubal ligation reversal 2 months prior to BFP.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Did a lot of things differently than when I conceived my boys, we also BF every day or 2nd day with them. I also cut way back on caffine and snacked a lot.

Hubby also used to go commando, never drank coffee or exercised.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Wasn't as good with diet and exercise the month of BFP and my track record of having boys.

Had my 1st scan. 1 baby found measuring spot on for dates 6wk 3days with a heart beat of 126.

Great news all going well!

NIPT results are in. Healthy GIRL. After 4 boys 1 later term miscarriage, 4 rounds of IVF and a tubal reversal we couldn't be happier.
