Hi there! My husband and I are going to start trying for our third and final baby in a few months.
We have two gorgeous girls ages 3 and 11 months. We didn’t *purposely* do any kind of sway with either of them but I was was taking FertilAid both times I fell pregnant. Not to mention I’m a big breakfast skipper and probably don’t get enough nutrients.
After I read that I’m statistically more likely to have a girl this time I decided to give this gender sway thing a go!
Please stay well away from Fertilaid. It has ingredients that very likely sway pink.

Yes, I only found out when I was pregnant with my second that fertilaid sways girl 🤦🏼*♀️ I was reading the success stories and realised that almost every single woman ended up with a girl. So I wasn’t at all surprised to find out she was too.
I did have a few questions actually!
First, is there a recommended fish oil or dha to take?
And second, my husband plays sport and runs 4-6 days a week as well as lifts weights. I’m pretty sure high intensity sways girl, so is there anything we can do to up our boy chances without him cutting back too much? He’s a paid player, so I think the bare minimum he’d cut back to is 4 days a week. I’m just hoping that won’t completely ruin our chances!

I don't recommend brands, there are just too many. i am happy to approve them though once you pick one if you tell me which one. I'd stick with 500 mg as we've seen poor resutls and lots of side effects on 1000.
I would just do everything you can and then accept that he has to do his sports activities. While exercise by DH (particularly cardio) can sway pink, there are still lots of things that will help up your chances!
