Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I started dieting and swaying in Dec 2018, however I had 2 miscarriages (Feb. 2019 and June 2019). I did not follow the diet while pregnant or afterwards for a bit. So while I began dieting quite awhile ago, it was inconsistent throughout that time.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I resumed the LE/mostly vegetarian diet in mid-late August and conceived on Halloween.

No

He did not make any changes.

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

Any Diet Details?

Very little meat, tried to eliminate nutrient-dense foods, always skipped breakfast, cut out extra salt, avoided potassium rich foods, tried to eliminate snacking.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I had lost weight during the sway periods before my 2 miscarriages but did not lose weight while swaying for this baby. I am a healthy weight however.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I am a barre instructor and exercise very frequently which continued during my sway.
