Back after 7 years! TTC BOY
Hello all!
I am back! Planing on trying to conceive a boy with my partner in June/July 2020.
When I was here the first time my ex-husband and I did not conceive.
He had had a vasectomy reversal and we got our daughter 6 months after that. But learnt while we were swaying for the second TTCB, he had very very low count and it would probably not happen.
I am happy we didn't have another together it was a very toxic 8 year relationship. Or daughter is amazing though and now almost 8 :)
Fast forward
I spent 2 years single and learnt to love myself again and find out who I was and what I wanted in life. I was happy to be alone for the rest of my life not wanting to ever be in a relationship again.
Then BAM my boyfriend just rolled in all perfect and here we are lol. We have been together for almost 2 years now we took it slow at the beginning just being friends. I am happy healthy and with an amazing boyfriend who is my perfect other piece.
We have now decided to plan our future try. We are really ok either way but I would like to sway Blue. I have a 19 year old daughter, 16 year old son and an almost 8 year old daughter. He has no kids yet but I know he would love a son.
We do have a large age gap that in our normal life makes no difference now that we are use to it. Who would have thought we would be one another's soulmates. I am currently 39 turning 40 in July and he is 28 turning 29 in September.
So I have a few questions:
My Boyfriend
I am hoping his age is good for us :))))
He usually takes high doses of vitamin C will this sway?
Takes a multi vitamin and fish oil.
He also takes protein powder and pre workout will this sway?
He goes to the gym 5-6 times a week mainly weightlifting, he's not super ripped or anything just normal I think at about 210 lbs 5'11.
We normally bed every day or eo day for the whole cycle is that ok to do?

I have been on the pill for 2 years and this is my last pack.
We want to try July Julyish
I am 5"6 160lbs I was about 150 6 months ago
I have been trying to eat 5 meals a day. I was eating 2 maybe 3 before
I get moderate exercise through dance but plan on doing more weights
I take a multi vitamin and fish oil.
Any suggestions or help from atomic or anyone would be nice.
