A girl after 2 girls?

Hi,

I already have 2 girls, but am desperate to have a third girl.( God willing!)

I unknowingly girl swayed with the first 2:

Mainly plant based diet
Exercise
Missionary, and no O
And Dh abstained 3 weeks before and then after my period we dtd every alternate day until the day after O.
Also did jump and dump after 10 mins (unknowingly)
And used pre seed


Since then I actually started eating more meat, but trying to go back to a plant based diet.

My question is,
Should I continue what I unknowingly did before...or should I only do the one attempt like this website suggests.

And if I do the one attempt, when I do I do it? How many days before ovulation?

I would do plant based diet (or LE diet) and exercise, and then do the one attempt. I would not recommend sex every other day for pink BUT that can actually oftentimes work out to BE one attempt, because sex every other day can end up being either:

O-1 and O-3 and O-5 (O-5 is impossible, it would all have been dead, and O-3 has low rates of conception, so there likely may have been nothing left from that batch leaving only the O-1 attempt to fertilize the egg = one attempt)

OR

O Day, O-2, and O-4 (O Day attempts are usually too late as the O-2 shot would already have fertilized the egg before the O Day sperm could capacitate and make it to the egg, O-4 is too early and would have died out, leaving only the O-2 attempt = one attempt)

So I would have you aim at having one attempt either on O-1 or O-2 (or at positive OPK if your ovulation is not predictable).

Hi Atomic, does O-1 mean one day before ovulation and O-2 mean two days before? So we’d do one or the other in that cycle and that’s it? Thank you!

Yes! Both O-1 and O-2 are good chances of conception. O-3 and O Day are possible but much lower chances. So by having an attempt one of those two main days you put that one attempt at a point in time with a good shot of conception. :)
