Oh gosh I don't know that you need to do that - that would be an expensive shopping trip!
I don't necessarily want you guys to do exactly what is in the 21 day diet book day in and day out. You can, but I don't think you HAVE to and you may have better luck sticking to it if you use it as more of a recipe book and NOT a diet plan.
I have tried diet plans where you go out and buy all that stuff, to make all these new recipes, and I found them very hard to stick with. Maybe you won't like some of those recipes. Maybe your family won't. So use the 21 day diet as a guideline and for ideas and then also at the same time, you can work with me to tweak your normal diet (including things you already like and have on hand) to make it more pink friendly.
