Weight loss and weight gain
Alright... I think I've got a possible #3 on my mind and I could use some advice on my current situation!
-Low hormonal IUD placed August 2019
-Since July 1st I've been doing low carb/no carb and high fat high protein (essentially keto but I'm vegetarian so it isn't real keto)
-I've lost 10 lbs in ONE month, goal is to lose 10 more BEFORE I get my IUD removed start my sups, HE and sway
-Currently I fast (16 hours fast, 8 hours eat) this will end after my last 10 has been lost and I'll be eating proper breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks.
Question 1) If after I've lost my last 10 pounds and I start doing weights only, HE diet and am able to gain back 3-5 pounds before BD attempt is that ok for blue? Or has my weight loss pushed me into pink territory...
Question 2) Is there any success with blue and low carb diets that are higher protein and higher fat?
Question 3) IUD, is waiting 1 month before attempt not soon enough to remove it? Should I remove this sooner so I have a few natural cycles? Is there any patterns noticed with swaywrs who have had IUDS...
Ideally I'd like to have lost my last 10 by November, eat HE, take my supps for one month and then BD a full month later in December.
