What OPK do you like?
I am using Femometer from Amazon but I never get a positive. It gets higher then lower but I never see a positive.
Do the more expensive ones work better or maybe Im not ovulating, it almost makes it to the same matching lines but never darker. I have been using them for 6 months.
Thank you so much for any advice.
Im looking at the clearable digital.

Tell me more about when you're testing, both in terms of time of day and also the part of your cycle.

I used the clearblue digital OPKs and I really liked those as there's no guesswork. I recommend the ones that just either give you a smiley or circle. They also have the ones that do the flashing smiley for when you're approaching ovulation then a solid smiley when you hit your LH surge. I found those just gave me anxiety as I'd get several days of flashing smiley faces. lol What's nice about them is it tracks your LH for you so it can sense when the surge is happening. The downside is they can get pretty expensive.

Stop testing in the morning, those are generally wasted as the hormone doesn't reach its highest concentration till after lunch.
My inclination is that you're likely surging the day of the darker but not "positive" tests - CD 12/13 so you'd want to have attempts probably CD 13, then two CD 14. But can you tell me when your period is coming in relation to these?

Thank you so much I am usually a 27-28 day cycle. My last was 25 witch was odd.

Ok. Just as long as it wasn't a 35 day cycle or something, I suspect the darker lines are your surge

i have used Femometer and easy@home OPKs and both great.
Femometer Ivy even much better and gives you very accurate results. I do not drink anything 4-5 hours before testing but i pee often and pee 30-45 minutes before testing. and in this way i get proper color for the pee (sorry for the description) which i use for testing.
