Hi! It has been rather quiet on the dream member HT boards (probably due to fewer people going HT right now) but there are a few of us posting there, myself included. I would join just because it's nice to have a private place to talk and the membership also helps support this website that Atomic and NBP do so much for. Plus you'd have access to all of the past cycles stickies and a bunch of information about IVF.
I'm sorry you haven't had much success. I don't have any advice for your cycle as I'm still new to this (cycling next month). I do have a high AMH like you and am about the same age but as far as I know, don't have PCOS. From what I've seen here, it seems like for many people about half of their eggs make it to testing and then half of those are normal then half of those are the desired gender. It doesn't always follow that pattern but it is an observation I've made. I do know a couple of years back another member had similar results to you (she also was doing HT for a son). I'm sure Atomic or NBP or some of the other more seasoned HT ladies can give you some insight. Best of luck to you.
