Last minute tips please! Sway week!
I officially have one week left until we make our first sway attempt for #3, hoping for blue!
Please give me some last minute tips I can incorporate!
I will not be using OPK this time, plan is to BD every other day unprotected for the fertile week, we've been BD unprotected this whole time anyways.
-I've been drinking lots of black tea (but haven't cut out coffee)
-daily prenatal, D, omega, additional folate, iron, probiotic, vitamin b12 every other day
-hubby daily multi, D, omega and probiotic
-weight training 3-4x a week, outdoor walks 1-2x a week, light cardio 2-3x a week (10,15min)
-whole milk, cream, cheese, dairy daily
-snacking on nuts daily
-lots of fresh green and veg daily
-protein at every meal
-green tea or lemon water 1-3x a week
