Hi, I am trying to conceive a boy.
I am taking folic acid, fish omega 3, evening primrose and pottasium supplements.
Having a very alkaline based diet cutting out dairy.
I have read up on icing jewels for TTC boy but not sure what this means can anybody please help? And any other boy sway tips will be gladly appreciated.

Icing jewels doesn't work. It does not help sperm to be healthier unless your husband was able to do it for many hours on end. Putting ice on testicles for 15 minutes before sex is useless and hubbies hate it. I have a full explanation here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...tml#post960106
I suggest coming off the evening primrose. We have had poor results with that.

I come across the attached list of supplements for my partner to have for our boy sway but can't seem to find much information on why they are suggested. Are you able to provide any more info on them please? Thank you xx

l-arginine (500 mg) and Carnitine (1000) are meant to raise testosterone and make healthier sperm. These I do recommend.
Ginseng I do not recommend at all.
Zinc may help with sperm count too but I prefer you guys stick to the amount in a multivitamin, 8-15 mg for you, and then no more than 25 for him.
Green tea may have components in it that raise testosterone, or else it may be some other thing we have not even guessed at yet. I do recommend green tea but if you notice it changes your cycle, cut back on it.

I am hoping to BD this month, I will ovulate towards the end of the month. I have been tracking my peaks with test strips, once I peak how soon do you advise I should BD and how often. I was reading 24hrs after peak and then 48hrs after peak, do you suggest anything different? #boysway

I cannot recommend Shettles timing for a boy. We have seen way more GIRLS conceived with one attempt than boys and by having sex that long after a peak you basically ensure you are in with only one attempt.
What I would do instead is having sex the night of positive OPK (this will usually be about 12 hours after first pos or so) then 2x the next day (O Day) and then again the following day to guard against late ovulation, then go to every other day after that.
