Hello,
I'm new! Atomic is working on my custom sway and looking forward to starting to TTC in May. Looking to add 16+ weeks of LE diet & exercise to my prayers for a baby girl in 2022!
I'm currently weaning myself off my prenatal and looking to start on my folate/folic acid. What brands does everyone take for their girl sway? I live in Virginia in the US and have easy access to Amazon and other online stores for purchasing.

I don't recommend brands as a general rule because they change so quickly and there are so many all around the world, I could never keep up with them. I would not want to be recommending something that might not be as good as it could be, if that makes any sense.
So what I would do is just find some brand that is a name brand you recognize, that you can get easily in your area if you run out. Doesn't have to be any particular type.
Ok thanks! I just found one on Amazon prime to use - Jarrow Formulas Methyl Folate. It's a 400mcg so I will take 3 a day to get to 1200mcg correct?

One last question regarding this - how do you recommend weaning off prenatal? Been on them since October roughly. In the past I've always stopped when they ran out postpartum but saw you mention it's not healthy to do regardless.
Just space them further and further out till you're down to one per week, and then you can drop them. should take about 3-4 weeks.
I used the jarrow methyl folate while swaying last time and she is perfect. ❤ good luck!
