Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Stuck to 1200 calories a day for 7 weeks, kept fat at 30-40g, protein around 40g, lots of refined carbs, pasta, muffins etc. Fasted until noon every day. No red meat, no tomatoes, no bananas, few potatoes. Had a large glass of diet soda every day and added aspartame to coffee, added crystal light around ovulation day (around 3 glasses a day). Drank a glass of wine every night (previously didn't drink regularly), two glasses around ovulation. Had metamucil every day and stopped after ovulation.

Comments regarding DH's diet- Cut out red meat for the most part and stopped taking vitamins. Had been gaining weight prior to attempt, at a higher weight than usual.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI 24.2, but I'd lost over ten pounds during time on the diet.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Couldn't make exercise commitment so did couch potato and was intentionally extra sedentary.

Any additional comments? Technically two attempts but I still feel confident. Had DH do fr for 7 days leading up to first attempt at o-3, then did hurry up fr one hour before attempt. O was later than expected so did another hurry up fr with one hour window at +opk (no regular fr after o-3 attempt).

Any relevant attempt details? Used diva cup. Laid down for about 5 minutes after attempts then went about my day.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Had rose quartz nearby around ovulation and after. Lavender roll on oil, lavender in oil diffuser. Girl outfit under mattress.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Everything. I stuck to the diet with only 2 or 3 days where I messed up, and pretty much replicated our daughter's conception in terms of timing and reducing sperm count.
