some questions:

- if the prenatel has 600 IU vitamin D. Then what dosage do I take of the Truvani Vitamin D - 2000 IU?
Since you told me to take 1000 IU of it should I take the Truvani every 4 - 5 days?

what dosage should I take of this NatureMade fish oil if you told me take 500 mg per day? One tablet has 1000 mg, do I take one tablet every other day?
