Got my girl

Sorry I disappeared but gave birth to my successful girl sway today.
Just wanted to add my sway to help anyone out there today.

I delayed breakfast most days
Cut out potassium rich foods like bananas/tomatoes
Tried to eat less meat/salt
Exercised on bike x4 a week and some mild squats/lunges etc
Took prenatal 3 months before

Sex:
Abstinence from last period
Asked DH to external release 2 days before attempt
Conception one attempt, one day before ov
Missionary and no O
Girl clothes under bed
Lay on back, legs in air for 10 mins then jump and dump, shower etc
