2WW anxiety - Did I drain DH/low sperm count?

I hope you and yours are safe and well
Currently I’m in my 2WW (exactly today I’m 7 DPO) and I’ve been thinking what if I had messed up our sway at the end by DTD every other day - about a week leading to ovulation? Even though we did so well HE diet wise and supplements wise. But I’m still kinda worried coz what if by that BD frequency I had lowered his sperm count (which could sway girl!). Worth noting that he would finish every time, but at the few times before our last attempt he’d take longer to finish, is that concerning? (but he did finish every single time). I’d reassure myself that’s it’s all good because I’d find sperm dropping from me every single time even after lying down for a few minutes, so I’d tell myself that that’s a good sign that the sperm count was a lot?
I’m gonna run by you the number of times we DTD and the dates, and if you could please tell me, do I still have a good chance for a boy or not really? At least I can psychologically prepare myself for the outcome.
Here are our BD details:
We aimed that he releases every 2-4 days during my AF (I’d swallow during those days). After AF we BD every 2 or 3 days till we hit my fertile window, then we BD every other day during my fertile window, and we attempted at least 3 attempts during my micro fertile window.
So for reference, my AF started October 22 and ended October 26. So he released on October 22 and October 25. I’d swallow there.
I had a positive OPK on November 7th, now here’s how my attempts looked like after AF (these attempts he released inside of me)
- October 27 at night
- October 30 at night
- November 1 at night
- November 3 at night
- November 5 afternoon (this day would be 3-O)
- NOVEMBER 7 (tested Positive OPK!) We BD twice; once in the morning and once at night. This day would be 1-O)
- November 8 at night (this would be ovulation day)
- November 9 afternoon (this would be O+1)

Here is my sway 6 weeks before TTC:
Supplements I was taking daily:
1. Prenatal multivitamin
2. Probiotics
3. Folic acid 2000 mcg (prenatal included. I'd take 500mcg with breakfast, 500 with lunch, 500 with dinner. And the prenatal with a snack)
4. Vitamin D 1000 (which is 1 pill with 25ug)
5. Omega 1000 (every other day not daily)
My husband was taking daily:
1. Multivitamin for men
2. Magnesium 250 mg
3. Probiotocs
4. Omega 1000 (every other day not daily).
THE DIET:
(My husband had quitted smoking about 5 years ago.
DH wasn’t really on the diet, he’d eat whatever he liked! But definitely would eat meat or chicken or fish almost daily, also peanut butter)
I was following the HE diet to the best of my abilities.
I'd have 3 big meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2 snacks.
Breakfast usually would be any of the following;
1. Granola with full fat milk
2. Oats with full fat milk
3. White Toast and full fat gouda cheese.
Lunch and dinner usually included protein and carbs. If no protein was there I'd have some peanut butter with a spoon right after the meal as the protein source, or sometimes chuck down few handful of salty peanuts.
Snacks would be fruits + spoonful of peanut butter, or salty peanuts or salty mixed nuts (without dried fruits), or oats with full fat milk ( I made sure to have at least one bowl of oats per day, sometimes I'd have 2)
I was drinking 2 cups of instant coffee with full fat milk and 1 tsp sugar per day for the first 3 weeks of my 6 weeks before TTC. Then I learned that tea is better for blue sway so for the remaining 3 weeks I replaced my second cup of coffee with black tea with full fat milk and 1 tsp sugar.

Am I being too anxious for nothing? Should I still have high hopes that we did a good boy sway? Or should I lower my expectations?
