Would a cup of miso soup a day negatively impact a pink sway?
I’d like to have something warming with my ryvita and cheese at lunch time but am finding store bought soups too sugary for my tastes on the LE alternative diet. I like miso soup so wondered if it might be a good swap to?
I’d be planning or have my 4 ryvita crispbread with cheese & a sliced tomato, plus a mug of miso soup with some chopped mushroom in it on the side.
