MY BLUE SWAY WORKED!

Hello Atomic,

I'd like to thank you for everything you have helped me with. I have just received my NIPT test results which revealed that it is a boy!!! Your advice and help have been one of the greatest blessings I have received on this blue sway journey.

Here is what I have done in case anyone is swaying and wondering.

Daily Supplements for me:
1. Centrum for women multivitamin
2. Probiotics (this was on and off because it was not always available to me)
3. Folic acid 1000 (including the amount in my multivitamin)
4. Vitamin D 1000 (which is 1 pill with 25ug)
5. Omega 1000 (every other day)

Husband Supplements:
1. Multivitamin for men
2. Magnesium 250 mg
3. Probiotics (if available)
4. Omega 1000 (every other day).

The diet:

Atomic’s HE diet

3 main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2 snacks. I wouldn’t allow myself to get hungry.

I would eat at least one to two bowls of oats per day.


My usual breakfast was one of the following:
1. Granola with full fat milk
2. Oats with full fat milk
3. White Toast and full fat cheddar or gouda cheese
4. Peanut butter and jelly toast (very thin layer of jelly)

All meals and snacks usually included protein and carbs. If for any reason there was no protein included in the meal or snack then I’d have some salted nuts, yogurt, or peanut butter right after the meal for a protein source.

Snacks would be usually one of the following:
fruits + peanut butter
Salty nuts
oats with full fat milk
yogurt and carrots
yogurt and a fruit



1 cup of instant coffee with full fat milk and 1 tsp sugar per day (some days I would have 2 cups of instant coffee when I really need it), but at least 2 cups of black tea everyday (black tea is much better for your blue sway!)

Intercourse attempts:
Husband releases every 2-4 days during my AF. After AF, he continues releasing every 2-4 days but inside. I was lucky to predict when my OPK will come back positive so we DTD one day before positive OPK, one time the day of positive OPK, and two times the next day.
