Should I be cutting out more protein like beans and pasta? I mean the only real big change for me had been lower sodium and not snacking (the hardest part).... Or is just not snacking the bigger effect? It really is hell on me not to snack btw lol :hair:
Also how many hours am I looking to go between meals in the day? is 12 pm, 4 pm, and 9 pm ok if im going to bed around 11-12? or would 12 pm and 5 pm be better and just eating more at those meals?
