I like the big pepper flavor (thanks to the jalapeños), backed by garlic and a touch of cumin. The spice level is mild to medium. This sauce steers clear of being overly acidic and has just the right amount of tang. It is easy to eat a lot of this sauce as it goes well on many things (pizza, chicken, potatoes, etc.). The bottle I bought is very salty (almost too much at times). A reduced sodium version would certainly speed up my consumption. Overall a really great find for anyone looking for a unique go-to sauce.

I first tried it in a random restaurant on Highway 1. They had very mediocre burger with a bland patty. I was just replenishing my proteins until I saw this sauce and tried adding it - it was magic!

As some review mention, it's indeed on the salty side. Just a bit smoky, it's only savoriness that left from the smoke.
Why get it? First of all, it'd work great with with meats and poultry - especially if those are "not outstanding".
Besides that, it pairs well with baked potatoes and meats - it would a kick and take care of saltiness.
My favorite combination is with pork breakfast sausage, over easy eggs and melted cheese.
