Caffeine is known to deplete the B-vitamin inositol. I enjoy one scoop of Swanson Premium 100% Pure Inositol Powder in my morning cup of Joe. The slightly sweet taste is very pleasant and it seems to soften the jolt to ease me into a pleasant morning.

Highly recommend, i use it as a supplement for PCOS, I love it and I think it has definitely helped me with hormonal balance.  Good sweet taste, I do one gram daily instead of the 6 grams dose but still see benefits.

Inositol Powder has been shown to raise seratonin levels, that is why the Review Title is: Don't worry, be happy - take Inositol Powder. Inositol is also supposed to be good for brain function.\nThis is a good product. I add a heaping teaspoon every day to my nonfat plain yogurt. It has a smooth texture and good taste.\nI do appreciate that Swanson offers Inositol in a powder form for ease of use in large quantities. I also appreciate that it is in a plastic container with no aluminum parts of the container.\nI only gave it a 3 for convenience because once it is open it is convenient, but the seal is VERY DIFFICULT to open and I want to be certain that all the aluminum from the seal is removed from the edge of the jar and this is a tedious task. I wish that the seal were easier to totally remove.\nI purchased many jars of SW1164 when it was on sale for $6.99 and I hope that it goes on sale again soon.

Don't worry, be happy - take Inositol Powder

I put a scoop of this in with some tea for sleep at night and I really like it. I find it increases the effectiveness of teas designated for sleep.\n\nI know one person on here found this too sweet, but I find it very mild. I actually think it tastes pretty good on its own.\n\nI think this is going to become a regular product in our orders from here on out.

Inositol Powder

The inositol powder was just what I needed for my child who won't take pills. It is easy to sprinke in food and although a little more difficult to dissolve in drinks, it will dissolve with alot of stirring. It's a great price. It helps my child handle his day better when he has it.

This is the best inositol that I have ever used. It is a high quality product. And it is nice to have the scoop that is included inside of the container to help measure the dosage correctly.

Inositol has helped me considerably with anxiety issues and nerve issues. It is a wonder supplement with many different benefits healthwise. And Swanson has some of the best and high quality inositol on the market. I highly recommend this product, and I highly recommend Swanson products in general.

A High Quality Product

Walmart has a good price for this product. I think it helps somewhat with hot flashes. A pharmacist told me about it. It's nice that this brand comes with a measuring scoop.

This is the best place I have found to get good value for good quality inositol. The powder tastes fine, and I can easily mix it into food or beverages, and the fact that it comes with a scoop already in the container makes things more convenient. I wish it came in a larger size with more discount though.

I took only one scoop of it and it was SO SWEET that it made me gag. I have sugar sensitivity and it was definitely not suitable for me. I had to return it. I wish Swanson had a SIDE EFFECT tab or notice that would outline the possible sensitivities, like sugar or caffeine. It would be so helpful into selecting carefully our products and not having to return after triais and errors.

actually sadly was extremely disappointed in the quality and taste and texture of this product. it clumped and tasted awful. i have used inositol for a while and tried multiple brands. normally i love swanson and was so excited about the price. i wish i had returned it :(
