Hi Crystal13 .. i posted my sway on the ingender website (which seems to be down at the moment!) I loosely followed the diet from there ... but mainly consisted of skipping breakfast, cutting out...

Thanks 4 blues~hopingforpink! Yes I changed diet, took supplements (which did lower PH) & abstinence for 12 days - was going for a cut-off of 2 days but ovulated early and was more like 6-12 hours...
