It's been 13 weeks since my little one was born and I hardly lost any weight (only 4 pounds) and I still have 1.5 stone to go. Can someone advise what's the most healthy diet while nursing?

I will be 38 in March and i just got pg with the 3rd one after one attempt, which was the easiest conception sofar. Sometimes I wonder wheater I get more fertile more children I have :-) mind you...
