I am wanting to start vitamins to help with IVF PGD.
could anyone please help what do i take?
how much Folic Acid do i take?
Some ladies are taking magnesium, why and how much?
DHEA what is this?
Also Vitimin E & D3 why how much?
CoQ10?
RJ/BP, Melatonin?
Whaetgrass?
Fish Oil how much?
Anyone tryed Embryogen?

The only think you have to take is a prenatal with folic acid. Just like a normal pregnancy.
I would not take DHEA because you haven't cycled yet and do not have a reason to take it.
I took CoQ10, a B-complex, fish oil and royal jelly. I didn't start taking any of them until I got my pretesting back and it wasn't very good.
Really a prenatal is great.

Another couple suggestions to look up... Pregnacare is huge in the UK as an addition to a prenatal (actually #1)to help you conceive. You can get it in the U.S. on amazon.com. Also Juice Plus is a really healthy supplement that I take while pregnant to keep my blood pressure in check and it's fruits/veggies flash frozen...lots of studies for this one. Good luck. I agree with nutinbutpinks too.
