    magnesium stearate

    magnesium stearate...

    this was under "other ingredients" in my calcium citrate.

    this was what i got-

    do you think that will be ok? i also go regular megnesium citrate.

    Magnesium stearate is a binder and preservative that is added to your vitamin in very small amounts. I wouldn't worry about it, most vitamins have it.
