My weight extra ordinary increase at 27th week i.e 52 kg from 47 kg which was noticed at 23rd week of pregnancy. My doctor suggest me to do FBS test & RBS test, today in evening my husband will pick my test report from hospital. The sonographist also says to me that I have more water in amniotic sac. and my ultrasound shows AFI = 19 cm.

I hope members will warm welcome me and guide me how to control my weight through diet normally I do not take sweets and do not use too much sugar in my diet. Only want to eat fresh fruits.

    Please guide me.

while fruits are great to have in your diet, some of them have a lot of natural sugars. Maybe with the fruit eat more berries, blueberries, strawberries and the like. Welcome!

Hi welcome, a weight gain of around 15kg is normal for a pregnancy.
