i have not read any of your opinions regarding douching. i get so confused by it all from IG (lime vs vinegar, when and how much...etc)
but do you think it helps? do you advocate checking cm for ph and all of that?

I believe the stance here is that douching is unneccessary and make make it a ton harder to get pg.

I did not douche or use anything when I got preg. with DD. I did use Represh the previous month, but dropped everything. The baby asprin and diet killed most of CM, and so I felt safe DTD'ing without any added lubes or challenges since my CM was very scant in comparsion to how it usually is.

But I hope others will chime in too!

I think douching sways, but RepHresh + antihistamine does everything douching does, better, with higher odds of conception, and less potential to raise testosterone.

I personally don't advise checking pH, because I think it feeds swaycession and pH after intercouse doesn't tell you anything anyway (not to mention the zillion pH opposites both pink and blue that we've seen) but here's the how to thread anyway http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...-ph-dh-dw.html
