    peppermint oil to increase progesterone

    i just read something about this. what do you think about it. do you think it would work?

    Do you have a link? I haven't heard of this.

    It seems like it could work, but peppermint is believed to lower testosterone, raise or stabilize estrogen, and the effects on progesterone are not really known.
