I am on my 2nd week on vitex and i am breaking out! Zits on my chest and face. Is this from the vitex? I haven't started the diet yet ( I will be starting monday).

Not sure. But I started vitex and I experienced the same thing and I usually have clear skin. I even had them after a month of stopping them.

I read that it did that to some ladies on amazon.com reviews. I was concerned about it before I started it.
